Many motorcycle user, use helmets simply because of fear of rules. Actually it is not the right reasons.
Generally we find motorcycle
users are now using a helmet. Means they are already aware of the law,
but the awareness of personal safety that has not grown. Various reasons
to wear a helmet, among others, in order not got a ticket. On the other
hand there are motorcycle users who violate the rules by not using a
helmet with the reason the distance between home and a nearby
